The Frozen Pasts Conference, designed as a simultaneous event fostering multidisciplinary discussion, will feature a dynamic format for its presentations. These will take place following the keynote lectures, with a duration of 20 minutes for the presentation. Afterwards, a 10-minute question-and-answer session will be held, encouraging the exchange of ideas and perspectives between presenters and attendees. This approach aims to enrich academic and professional dialogue in each session.

Due to the high demand for presentation slots, the Scientific Committee may recommend on 5 May that the submitted topic be presented in poster format, ensuring its inclusion in the conference programme and fostering a more focused discussion.
